Why does it take months to approve/process a corporate action? Bizarre set of circumstances that has never been clearly explained.

For as long as I have been invested in CLHI, everything has taken extra long for TDS. There could be a multitude of reasons for the delays. It seems TDS is trying to push it along without annoying FINRA. At any rate, I think it’s a good thing they are trying to be more interactive with shareholders and provide as much information as they can. Better than total silence. $CLHI
