Even then you were talking about NOLs.
When you say no ownership change will happen, does that imply there wont be significant dilution of old shareholders especially preferred shareholders like LEHJQ.
I hope we end up like WAMU preferred which has already set a precedent -- in WAMU preferred only 50% dilution (1 new share for every 2 old preferred shares), I can live with that especially if new Lehman goes back to par value of 25.
