VPER$ ascending triangle in chart from lows of 0.14, 0.16, 0.19. I think a big jump to 0.05 is coming this month. Adding more in every dip. This is the next tsn$p...minimum 0.1 by May. The higher lows is clear indication that a massive boom is in the cards. hold your shares tight.
