to illustrate using your example:

$0.02 - $0.001 = $0.019

Therefor Warrant has extreme value (tho restricted) as as they can purchase at .001 and sell at .02 (assuming market holds) for 1800% return lol. So $40K into $800K

Company isn't going to file a registration for $40k so they exercise will be cashless therefor 100% risk free. I just don't get why the co would do this. Far cheaper capital out there.
