If Sumcoin is a reflection of a basket of currencies, I would think it is like an ETF (like SLV or GLD on those respective metals). You can trade them, but can't use them in a transaction to purchase any goods or services.
Are they trying to make it into a "coin" that can be used in transactions, and not merely as a surrogate for all the other cryptos?
