lol! I wonder if this Carebourn thing affects Dennis's ability to get loans through other lenders. Maybe he's been blacklisted & that's why Dennis says nobody will loan them money in the SEC filing?
Either way, I sure hope he officially registers as a NYC Tour Guide instead of operating illegally like he has been. It would suck if DarkPulse's other source of financing was shut down.
