Pouring concrete on property they paid a $120k default fee on because they couldn't meet their obligations? That's like saying we have a 20 million float,"come on man" lol.What this lame-O company should do is setup a joint venture with Codex using the shell spinning out the business into a private venture.I mean they're already acting like a private company and the real estate is not tied to the stock if I'm not mistaken
