They never announced they actually applied again? That's weird. How they gonna get listed as a growing debt, diluting, going concern company , if they didn't ever apply again?
They applied March 06, 2019 according to the website...never once gave a single explanation why it was rejected. CEO is a scammer/liar...keeps saying Nasdaq but never explains why over 2 years later it never happened... Investor relation ignore questions...typical scam massive weekly dilution!
