#158569 RE: gosox12 #158562

Part of this post is a copy and past from my Ihub post and another post I've made. I'm not re writing the whole damn thing again so bear with me. Could be some typo's and perhaps not all the links will be hyperlinks

This is my DD and theory about the O&G and AG industries. The way I see it PCTL has developed a distribution network to produce large quantiles of Catholyte and Annolyte.

Some David Holcomb DD

This has been a work in progress for HL and I. I'll share some interesting things about David's new patent. First a little back round. As I stated yesterday David Holcomb is PCT LTD's O&G consultant. He and some of PCT LTD's people go way back to the IET days. Mr. Holcomb continued as PCT LTD's O&G consultant. IMO PCTL and Holcomb already know the results of what the oil testing with Maverick is going to do. They just need their own data. One additional comment at the end
David Holcomb's new patent

https://patents.justia.com/patent/10870794#history

First notice the date Dec 22 2020. Interesting how PCTL started their oil testing after the patent was given to David.
This patent talks about "Using brine resistant silicon dioxide nanoparticle dispersions to improve oil recovery"
I'm quoting some parts of the patent. I encourage everyone interested to read it all.
"In briny water, where the water/dispersant contains dissolved salt ions, colloidal particles experience a disruption or shielding of particle surface charge leading to a reduction in particle-to-particle repulsion and reduced colloidal stability."
It is desirable in this work to add organic surface treatment to colloidal silica having a combination of Hydrophilic and Hydrophobic character—where the silica has both excellent brine stability and the ability to perform well in removing oil from rock surfaces.
Google Brine, Brine, salt water, particularly a highly concentrated water solution of common salt (sodium chloride).
Brine also is NAOH or CATHOLYTE
The following are supporting quotes with links
"Catholyte is an excellent surfactant: sodium hydroxide’s opposing hydrophobic and hydrophilic molecular chains act to essentially tear the bonds between soils apart. Moreover, because the hydrophilic, polar head causes a decrease in the surface tension of water, catholyte is able to penetrate deep into embedded soils, such as mold. By adding various forms of kinetics, the effectiveness of the process can be improved exponentially."

This patent is assigned to Nissan Chemical
Hey HL have we heard of Nissan chemical? lol
lets remember PCTL has a distribution network set up for the production of Catholyte and Annolyte. Massive amounts of fluids can be produced at a favorable shipping cost anywhere in the U.S. The other thing to remember is each level distributors is making their own connections into all industries including O&G and AG. It doesn't have to be just SC making a deal it's the collective levels being able to deliver huge quantities of fluids.
After all PCTL is in the business of selling fluids either by leasing LV's and Annihilyzer's or selling fluids direct.

Remember many PCTL employees go back to the IET days with Holcomb being their O&G consultant I found it strange PCTL would need to do such a simple test, had to be more to it. So I started digging. I also read a few of DE's posts about O&G. He is a O&G guy. By the way kind of interesting a level 3 like him with his O&G experience would just be selling fluids to a restaurant or school. Haven't heard much from him since the oil testing with Maverick started. Probably he's busy with his business.

I started to look at some of the recent distributors and newer PCTL EPA registrants along with Holcomb and Nissan Chemical.

You need to click the corporate investor which takes you to a different page. For me my browser had some kind of certificate issue but I allowed it. Go to about then management.

Nissan Chemical.
Back to Zerorez They are a PCTL EPA registrant 92108-1-98627
https://iaspub.epa.gov/apex/pesticides/f...
Zerorez is not on the PCTL distributor website which means they must be a customer or something. Yet they have a EPA number. Holcomb and Nissan chemical needs a EPA number?
Up until now this is all shown factual DD of a connection between PCTL, David Holcomb, Nissan Chemical and now Gaylord Karren and his Zerorez and ETII companies.

Now it's my theory won't know until the oil testing is done and we some pr's but looks very strong.

Gary Grieco and Gaylord Karren both have been in the O&G business for years and has developed many connections.

Gary built a network of level 3 distributors that can make Catholyte and Annolyte Hydrolyte. Both fluids can be used in the O&G industry Catholyte as we saw with Holcombs patent besides the cleaner and Hydrolyte for water disinfection and treating H2S (again read DE's posts)
These level 3's can produce massive amounts of fluids in a short period of time shipped at a reasonable cost. We now have Gaylord Karren (goggle him and you'll find some old O&G connections) and Zerorez having a PCTL EPA registration.
My theory and again theory is PCTL's network is going to supply Catholyte to ETII's O&G connections along with Nissan Chemicals.
DE's post. There is another one which you will need to find. It's probably in my original post I made here.

Todays DD I put together

AG DD

After doing DD on ETII I came across Randall Waters. That name rang a bell.

Sheldon Smith the temporary CFO for PCTL was announced in Dec. 2020 started working in this past Jan.

PCTL connection

Trieu Technologies is a PCTL distributor

Scroll down to Doc 10 PDF
https://sec.report/Document/0001670254-20-000701/

There he is Randall Waters.

There's another connection Dough Kindred. Real short, He used to be CEO of a company called EAU Tech. which was started by Gaylord Karren. He became ill and needed to re sign as CEO. In comes Doug... Somewhere along the line Doug was ousted and the new CEO comes in and sues Doug and ETII for some kind of trademark thing.

EAU drops the suit against ETII not sure about Doug.

Not much recent stuff out there but If I was Gaylord I'd be pissed about getting sued. I could see PCTL making the machines for Zerorez now and ETII. Both companies using PCT's network

What revenge for Doug Kindred to take on EAU but to team up with Randall Waters and start doing business with PCTL.
