Still a few cents short of closing the recent gap. I had hoped it wouldn't be an issue. I was wrong. I blame myself for my assumptions that the company would be a little more active with PR and that was my mistake.
I have a little company, LFMD that I've held since it was really cheap. They are starting to catch, but in the market retrace in small caps they got hit with a short hit piece by Culper Research. A crap short outfit, that no one knows who they are so the SEC can't catch them. The company put out a response immediately and put their legal counsel on it.
Shorts used this to cover but shares are fighting back well now, and with options expiring today I have no doubt they will fly next week.
Quick action by management made a really big difference. But HGEN is what it is, they are a day late with any PR, what little there is.
To take the win I just figure I bought way more than I planned, but after it was very de-risked.
I don't see them changing how they handle PR so I'm just going to have to accept that they suck at it and let the science do the talking.
I personally would be embarrassed for my company to lose SP like this right after a raise that was too low to begin with, for a company this far along.
Our market cap is less than half, closer to one third that of CYDY today.
