My mother tongue is not English and and I fear to have misunderstood something..
Within the link in post # 38413 I found no entry for an EUA in chapter "Drug and Biological Therapeutic Products".
You mentioned that you were informed once in an email from FDA, that RLF-100 would be approved and then:

They also tell me that many biotechs do NOT PR out that they have submitted an application for EUA for reasons related to competition with other biotechs. Therefore, the FDA will NOT release information as to whether an EAU application has been submitted or not. It's proprietary information.

What is going on there ? How am I to understand that ?
