Yes, Gary was very optimistic on 2020 revs. Any number of reason why they didn't hit 4M. They did increase revs by more than 300% at the same time reducing losses by over 40%. To me that's significant for any company big board or OTC. I give him credit for switching from just Annihilyzer's to fluid production and establishing a distributor network of level 1,2,and 3 distributors as the pandemic unfolded. I'm sure this contributed significantly to 2020 revs. No one's really sure where Covid disinfection will go as the world becomes vaccinated and such. I saw this part of the business as a way to boost revs which it did. Where covid disinfection goes no one knows. My take is commercial use of their fluids will continue. Doubt very much restaurants, schools Ect. will stop disinfecting even when Covid has run it's course. Imo life has changed in that respect.

The company was founded on the Annihilyzer system for the control of HAI's (hospital associated infections). They shared in the Tipps innovation infection control award. That's a big deal. HAI's have been a a ongoing issue for years. It got to the point where Medicare and other Ins. companies were penalizing hospitals for not keeping their HAI's down. I see this part of the business starting to ramp back up as Covid restrictions decrease. I think anyone that doesn't see the big picture of Annihilyzer leasing for HAI's is missing a big part of the revenue stream.

O&G

WE know Maverick is on board for 1M gallons of fluids. Anyone stating that's not fact has their own agenda imo. 1M gallons is a boat load of revs anyway you look at it. If you've followed my DD which also HL has posted we made connections between PCTL, David Holcomb, Nissan Chemical, Gaylord Karren who owns zerorez. Zerorez has a PCT EPA number. Gaylord Karren also owns ETII a company that also uses David Holcomb as their consultant and has a relationship with Nissan Chemical. Imo this is a big part of O&G. Both Gary and Gaylord have lots of contacts on O&G. PCTL has a network of distributors to produce large quantities of fluids and ship anywhere. Catholyte will be the key in EOR industry as shown by my DD and HL's DD. The oil data the company will release imo will show a significant increase in recovery from dead wells for the EOR industry.

AG and Food Processing

Just today I made a connection between Sheldon Smith, Randall Waters and Trieu Tech another PCTL distributor though a company called Terasol solutions. Randall also works for ETII. Imagine how many gallons of fluids would be needed to disinfect post harvest crops. Just think how many meat and non meat farmers have had issues with recalls due to infected food. We're not talking just U.S but perhaps international.
How many processing plants can use PCT fluids for disinfection of their hard surfaces. Imo this could be bigger than O&G.

I don't predict revs or SP however imo I can understand why Gary and Brett Rosen are looking at 10M.

In closing I feel PCTL is right on the edge of seeing huge increases in revs for the above reasons. Wait a sec. they already saw a huge increase in revs from 2019 of 740K to 2020 of 2.5 Million.

Buy sell or hold should be based on what everyone feels comfortable with.

Also sounds like the company will be making some management changes and adding a sales team. Can you imagine what a sales team could do.

I'll work on reposting my DD including my new AG findings over the weekend if people want.
