Lazar is out of the picture at this point, he did his job, cleaned up the shell, got rid of any toxic debt and sold it to a reputable buyer, only thing holding it up now is courts releasing it from custodianship, fact that all shares are released to buy or sell shows they are making progress or courts would not have allowed it. Hopefully sooner then later it will get released, just a waiting game now..
