I don't think so.
5465 Estrella Rd., San Luis Obispo, CA 93446 isn't near any of the areas in that new Bill, I just checked.
It's roughly 6 miles East of the Paso Robles Municipal Airport, located in the middle of a triangle formed by the cities of San Miguel, Paso Robles and Shandon.
That's a good thing because we don't to be held up longer with the new EPA sensitive areas.
