i don't know how familiar you are with the situation, but often times they are not legally allowed to name the company

i've seen it many times where they simply cannot put the name out there.
it's against their contract- can't do it

i'm going to boldly make the assumption it's a similar situation here.

he'd name it if he was legally allowed- but i highly doubt he can at this point in time.
