Thanks Ty. I look at it like this. We all want the same thing and that's company success, increase in PPS and the ability to send information to the company if we feel something could be improved while knowing that the company may or may not enact our idea.
If everyone respects each other's views and uses that energy in a way that can be beneficial to everyone then we all win.
