They waited Months to get financials from the Energy Express acquisition. It was a huge issue that stalled the process

Companies with no fins but file get through in 2 weeks. Audited filings must go through a much more thorough process and also backlogged filings for June 2020. Company also stated they had to fire auditing company in November, hire a new one and start all over. End of month would be timely fashion. GLTA XFLS
