go..I will have to disagree with you then. This emergency is far from over. Less than 30% of the USDA is vaccinated, variants are on the wave up, and many ICU units are still pushed to their limits. People are still dying all over the USA from Covid.
Also, Congress does not agree with you. They still feel that the USA is operating in emergency mode and will continue in the mode for sometime to come. I suspect that it will be fall or winter before they contemplate tightening up on the EUA criteria.
