This story with Darkpulse has played out for years. It will never change. He can’t sell a thing.

Only question is when the irrational exuberance in the OTC over the last 4-5 months, that DPLS got caught up in will start to subside?

Even with all the conversions in the last 6-8 months they STILL have $1 million in floorless convertible debt.

The dilution will be relentless over the long term.
