If I heard Alois correctly, he said he sent everything to Wolfgang (the founder of GHHC I presume) to take care of. So, OTC markets will have everything they need to go pink current. As long as Wolfgang submitted everything, things should get moving.
Now, did he need to submit docs for approval or reinstatement? We don't know specifically. Do they already have access to OTC markets and maybe he gave the actual financials for Wolfgang to upload.
Point is we need to be patient because we are not certain what was sent and when. One of the draw backs of having a new CEO, who is not familiar with the process. I am encouraged that whoever is advising him said it could be days or a couple of weeks for pink current, so they probably have access already.
