Quiet Period — The period beginning on the quarter-end date and ending at the time of the earnings release for that quarter should be observed as a quiet period with no formal or informal business discussions by management with analysts or investors.

Since 4/13, the Dec 31, 2020 quiet period has ended, but of course now we are in the March 31, 2021 quiet period. Basically, the company is only able to freely share info after the release of their last Qtr report and before the end of the next qtr. If they overlap, then there may not be a window ~ Z

ps. - But I am not saying the news isn't bad, just explaining why it is so quiet. This why the letter to the stockholder attributed to the CEO was release before 12/31/2020

Since there was no specific dollar value given by Gary the babbling buffoon the actual Q1 number might not hit so hard.

$2.5 M could possibly be an "expected" number with his $10M projection but anyone being honest with themselves knows it's most likely going to come in at no more than $1M.

I got the impression he was looking for stronger revenue mid to end of 2021
