Yes. Not good. Lots of room for improvement and growth though if this works.

That's explained later in the comments section and solved this April at the cost of 130M shares and 500k$. No wonder the price pressure lately, as these were probably not restricted.


Looking at the initial conditions and even the settlement, I'd like to be such noteholder 5, 6 or 7 anytime :-)
