#38347 RE: Clarnold #38343

If the FDA is thinking it depends on them whether a company will succeed in getting a drug approved, or will only be successful after it was bought by a large company first, then FDA will lose in case of Relief Therapeutics Holding. Then FDA is mistaken enormously !
Please take notice of post # 38330 (Quotation in excerpts):

14 April 2021
AdVita Lifescience AG is sponsoring a Phase II study in Switzerland entitled:
"Inhaled Aviptadil for the prevention of COVID-19 related Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) - a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, multi center trial."
Swissmedic and the relevant ethics committee have approved the protocol for implementation in several Swiss test centres.
The study medication was produced by a Swiss company and the first patients can be included.

Months ago I pointed out that Relief Therapeutics will continuing its research together with a German company and ultimately will not be dependent on an approval in the USA.
An application will be made to the EMA for approval!
In an Interview, when asked whether FDA approval would have an impact on other countries, Dr. Javitt responded with “the FDA determinations are highly influential around the globe”.
... but with an EMA approval also !
... and that's why Relief is starting a new trial together with AdVita Lifescience.
... IMO they will withdraw the application for an EUA also. It doesn't make sense to wait for it anymore !
