yeah i highly doubt they would bring in all this multi-million dollar equipment and pay rent, hire workers, get permits and all that just to deny it so quickly. the town planner is saying what he needs to say as well as other public servants just to pacify the karens of the world to make it seem like they are working for their constituents but in all actuality this thing already has the legs. and if by some ridiculous chance they are forced to leave i am sure another state will be willing to bring them along and they can just pack everything up and head that way. the technology will be given an opportunity to work somewhere because its too potentially vital to the future to just scrap it getting a chance
