Don't know. They may own the building. AF will tell all. Either way they have to pay someone to do the work and that person, on top of all the expenses to gear things up and actually produce some product, will want a profit to do the work.
After the initial tooling and production starts, I think cost should be minimal compared to startup costs.
Isn't EI still paying for the mold, the tooling, the materials, the shipping, the insurance? I can't find my darn notes from the conference call right now, but where are we actually making the urns/caskets? China and one state here, in the USA?
