Agreed. The last sale of today was clearly manipulative (1500 shares @ $0.0014, for a whopping $2.10, plus whatever the sales fee was). Given the OS and the presumption that most of those shares are in the hands of shareholders, almost no-one is selling.

[Rounding up today's numbers to 21M in volume @.0016/share, that's only a little over $35K -- actual amount slightly less.]
