And your reason for this analysis ? I am long million shares but have been continually disappointed by this stock and dilution and splits. You are probably new to it , but past history has been a joke. No updates, no real CEO. I agree that the possibility is there that they are setting up to raise capital and get things going again, especially now working with Ridgeway. My concern is will they continue to dilute investors like us . Patience only last so long. I am still holding here , but patience running thin. What I do know is that an update could send this past 10 cents . Cheers
