hopefully soon, I’m guessing the Covid pandemic pushed their timelines back on the merger but hopefully now with vaccines starting to be widely adopted and also we/work going for a SPAC listing, maybe close. there was somebody who posted a rumor the shell was getting bought but I haven’t seen anything to back that up.
