When you see a ticker about to do an acquisition/merger(s) and lower the commons by over 70%, the authorized over 80%, state more cancellations are coming and there's no toxics or reverse split planned that tells me new management has big plans here and is calling the shots. Those are huge decreases and shows confidence that the new management is going to make this a big winner.
