I don't want to sound too polyannish about jdsu. It doesn't bother me about jdsu, but I do wonder about the whole optical space. I have listed to a bunch of cc's. Amcc, and lu in particular are seeing improvemnt in that space, so is afci,and fnsr, but jdsu doesn't show it. so you have to wonder about the accuracy of the info. Clearly amcc had some improvemnt, lu could be fudging, jdsu seems to only be at the stability stage...
