To be honest, Storm, IDK. I didn't dig real deep on this. I bought it based on O/S and a convo I read between 2 reputable traders. It was the end of my powder at the time. I just needed a lotto to thro a couple a hundred bux at-- It was an impulse. I am up a little over 40% w/ not a lot at stake. Sorry I wasn't more help
