I think that might be the case here with Snpw - thst is , just betting against the company. On paper it would seem like a logical bet. Per the 10q they are insolvent and unable to generate enough cash for basic expenses. Now couple that with programs that could be industry disrupters - the medi, solar etc- these too are generally very high risk as perceived by the investment community. I do believe a picture could be painted that supports why the stock might be shorted.
Also, comments like buy the cheapies, Nick could drop the hammer etc could also work against Snpw - they just sound too sales slickly.
