I'm fairly certain they are purposely stonewalling the BLA. I seriously suspect there is way more problems with it than Nader is letting on, let's not forget he's lied about the EUA application (TWICE!), he said it was some syringe quality issue at one point, then some dosing info they just needed to send along. So honestly, taken together everything, I highly suspect that the rift between Mahboob and Nader occurred when Mahboob realized just how many problems it has and probably confronted Nader about not being totally honest and that was it. Seriously, the receptor assay is something ANY ANY ANY grad school student in biochem can do in their sleep. It's a basic fundamental assay used in pharmacology. It's not hard. They already have the cells transfected with leronlimab, that's the hardest part. So, we can safely conclude there is way more wrong than we know.
