The chart does not agree with this statement. In fact, the chart shows the exact opposite. While the RSI has cooled off, the MACD has bearishly turned south. Distribution line heading south indicating heavy dumping. Let’s see if this can trade in the middle of the Bollinger bands.

Good entry point coming in the 20’s.
