I first heard about the UBand in early June 2018 so, granted, it's not quite 3 years. My biggest complaint is the news blackout on UBand for the past 10 months and then blaming COVID for not getting anything done. However, COVID hasn't stopped them from getting the Particle Bulb designed, manufactured, and into the market.

Some people seem to believe Know Labs still has time but their competitive advantage is eroding quickly. They've got Dexcom, Abbott, Samsung, Apple, and a host of other developers moving into this space and, simultaneously, CRISPR companies are researching cures for diabetes.

I agree that the UBand is the best non-invasive CGM technology but that won't mean squat if Apple or Dexcom incorporate CGM into to their existing product lines before the UBand sees the light of day. We won't even be compared to Sony's Betamax because at least the superior Betamax format came to market before the VHS format in the video wars.

Certainly true. I guess my beef with the company is all the unrealistic time lines they gave when trying to raise money. It was clearly dishonest. The first prediction was to have the validation done close to the end of 2019 or early 2020. Here we are 16 months later and it's still not done. They don't even have the prototype done. If it takes time, it takes time. That's fine, but lying about it will never work out for you in the end. it's imperative to maintain the trust of your investors and the investment community and this they have definitely NOT done.
