I agree that is all possible as you have stated. DARPA /SCILEX has to go through the FDA but DARPA will accelerate approval, if warranted, just as Moderna had to with the DARPA mRNA project. Since it is a pure antibody progress should be swift...unless there are unexpected side effects. it has not entered P1 as of today. Perhaps there will be military volunteers who do not want the vaccines.
My only light disagreement is when the programs will be either be granted a EUA and/or put into an accelerated program.
In short, I am pulling for your version.
