No volume. That's the problem. People buy hoping for a pop and then get impatient and sell. Need buying pressure and news. That is the sole reason. Without news, nothing happens but moving back and forth within a range. No moving average analysis or anything else will show you anything down here. Purely speculation. Watch as new people come and get hyped up, the price goes up. They go away, price goes down. Rinse repeat. I've been here for 3 years, I've also seen it. This will move significantly if you just wait. I can almost guarantee it
