I am not expecting a dividend, I’m disappointed but life goes on, deals fall apart in business. Albie cared about the shareholders that was his baby.
I don’t know why the deal fell apart with GEOcommand but we are moving on.GeoComm is a good company. Plus we are still able to use Esri’s GIS platform also. We still have a great share structure and Richard Ziccardi is working on this. They spent a crap load getting current and on all the filings, this company wants to make $$$. Plus they have one of the best OTC attorneys who by the way is a sponsor for the OTCQX. Hopefully that tells us they still have aspirations of moving up on the OTC. I’m thinking the 10K comes out this week, they have 15 days since the late notice which puts us at this Thursday. The 10k should show a good amount of debt paid putting the company on a good position. Hopefully they announce some new contracts too.
I’m thinking based on the PR from February we get a real IR campaign going!
