Ever deal with getting permits from the Government?

Obtain financing from Banks?

Ever submit a patent request?

Ever get any thing UL certified?

The plan by SNPW has been clearly laid out for all to see as far as SNPW has control of.

The exact time of kick off is not in SNPW hands now is it?

They can only provide a time table that they are given by the government, banks, and UL certifiers.

If you dealt in the real world you know those time tables very and are always in a state of flux.
