I agree with these statements. The timing is perfect based on what is going on. Been around the block many times in the otc. This smells like what you are saying.
I would tend to agree with you except it doesn’t appear to be just junkyard dogs barking where there is no bite - the stock is down significantly on high volume. Tuning out on barking seems appropriate, tuning out on events such as high volume price erosion seems inappropriate. Just my opinions.
