You should learn to write time correctly:

It's written correctly as 10:30 PM EST and not 1030PM.

You'd be prudent to add 22:30 or 22:30:00 hours also; aka "military time" and that eliminates all confusion as to AM or PM or east coast v west coast etc.

I'd of been "called on the carpet" and be in serious trouble for writing "time" like that back in the day - as it can cause people to get killed or bombed or fired-on "by mistake" (friendly fire, the worst nightmare possible) etc "when it really counts" for the mission.
