At this point I believe almost everyone in PCTL is in regardless what the numbers show. 2020 beat 2019. There is YoY growth and the toxic financing is gone. PCTL was never a Covid play...Covid did however help PCTL stabilize its financial situation.

The next couple months will show the true direction of the company. The oil-n-gas testing and future contracts are the great unknown...if (and I believe they will) come the pps will be at levels unimaginable. The UK final testing should be close.

Neither of those two processes can be rushed. We are at the mercy of testing time and formalizing the results along with a UK that is still in high levels of lockdowns.

Tomorrow should be interesting...

The real excitement is 1st Qtr 2021 due out mid May. That’s just 35 days away. I’m not to worried about year end either way.

Hard to have any meaningful thought now about selling, without really knowing anything about what is going on. We are about to see the best fins release in company history, and the end of toxic debt. Within 30 days or so of 4/15, we will get 2 sets of fins and an uplist to QB. Within 30-90 days, we should know whether we have a huge opportunity in the oil and gas industry. There has been some talk that after that we may have gotten a big foot into the agriculture sector, which is possibly bigger than oil and gas. Tough to make selling decisions with all that hanging out there. Investors have said they have made the most money holding a good stock for a long haul-this one could be one of those if these things come to pass.
