Nice news today Rig. Not sure what a lot on the teck description means but that M word has kept me invested. I plan on dding this a little closer but for now the chart looks good and I will add in the morning.
Works been busy and I don't have near the time to spend on stocks that I'd like too. BTW, you still involved on the building end. Latest news is NYC area is holding it's own with little downside depreciation.
