so all this is doing is confirming what they already knew?? now much news there.... if someone is dead on the street, then they are still dead when the autopsy is done as well?? so not much has changed, dead is dead, presence of oil they already knew, ... what needs to be confirmed is how much oil is there and the quality, then this has some steam...
