Thers IS some truth to what they say, and to make it black and white is WRONG! They made mistakes in the past. Now they are pointing out the additional burden and energy in responding to micromanagers rather than doing their job.

Gotta take responsibility for your albeit small part in the problem rather than placing blame blame blame.
