I believe that is incorrect, it is my understanding they can do what they want with those 9 billion shares including dump them on the shareholders, witch is usually what happens to us little people down here in the otc. And in my humble opinion, it will keep happening until we say no more as a collective group. If there are no buyers for these bloated share structures like innd these companies like innd will be forced to play fair instead of grabbing the easy money and leaving a bunch of hard working trusting bag holders. They will work hard, create revenue, with a great product the shareholders have an opportunity invest Long with out fear of pump and dump.
