Well thr major is that we have only heard from JT himself but nothing from the third parties!!

Not sure why JT said “50% or so”, it is 50/50 as both JT and TG Private own 30m each Pref A super majority shares, there is no confusion or doubt in it.

Mfaphoto, you assume TG Private is our parent company, 50/50 does not make them parent company. Let’s not assume until we see otherwise.

Also often people assume JT is not in control of activities and messaging, from the PRs and Tweets, have we ever seen the presence of anyone but JT. If TG or SBC or Yuen Wong were really in control, I guarantee you there would be tweets, PRS and other social media presence by them. There is nothing to hide or be shy about.

I still firmly believe (and see the reflections) that JT is in control, not only in control, he is in full control of NSAV. This man is running a publicly traded company for so long, he knows how to handle and motivate shareholders more than all of his partners together.
