I wouldn’t hesitate to open an Uphold account. Its easy to do. I don’t think we’ll get that high until there’s a settlement and by that time I believe XRP will be relisted. I can’t imagine those who sold emotionally and then watched it blow up with limited onramps to buy it back if they wanted.

In Uphold, you could go into silver XAG or gold, then later start shifting into whatever will let you cash out. XRP

It's really not hard to exchange it for another coin and then cash almost anywhere.
