i used 2 factor regression, modified duration, chose the worst state from the binomial tree, logic, scrambled those to make a decision. i was right the first time. dont wanna share my secret. the exodus from big city residential and commercial highrises is a fact right now. people r buying HOUSES bidding 10s of thousands to a million over the ask. some areas r out of houses. this stock is boring 4 me. long run, highrises+New York=puts without analysis
