Broke, from what I’ve gathered from everything that’s been put out there, and I want to make clear that I have no special knowledge, I’m just reading the tea leaves like you are, the $3 million to finish the MS clinical trials is triggered by the company becoming current and the SEC suit going away. They have started to spend money on equipment and renewing IPs as we’ve seen, so maybe maybe maybe some sort of small good Faith down payment was given.
Also, from what I’ve gathered, this same MS drug/treatment also has properties that will treat/guard against biological war chemicals. This was mentioned to a few generals during a conference by Dr. Vander Putten, and I guess some attending generals showed interest and probably said that if Nutra PHARMA can prove the effectiveness of this drug against biological war chemicals, that the government will give them a grant or go into some kind of partnership with the company to develop the treatment further or maybe even give them money to mass produce.
So, because these things are a few steps away, I can understand them not getting into too much detail about it and just keeping their head down and working on getting current and settling with the SEC.
As far as you continuously mentioning the possible correlation between the delay in the SEC case and the delay in putting out filings, I would like to hear your thoughts on why you think that might be happening?
The only thing I could think of, is that possibly the company is using it as a bargaining chip during the settlement talks, or the settlement is on the table contingent on the company becoming current. I don’t know, either way doesn’t sound bad for us investors. But please I’d like to hear your theory
